Sisters.

Found these two in the floor today just chillin' together. I am loving having two girls. Sisters.
I get to say things like, "Dave, I'll take the girls" or "my girls did such-and-such."

They are just getting to know each other.....but I'm hoping a sweet friendship lays waiting for them.

Are all of you out there that have a sister laughing in my face?? I am an only child after all....so maybe I have no idea what awaits them:)....maybe there is a lot of cat fighting in their future.

But a mama can hope. and pray. and wait.

...be back soon with that blog announcement.

  2. My sister and I are 2.5 years apart and we have pretty much been best friends from day one. Not to say we didn't have our moments, but we loved being together so much that we slept in the same room every night until high school, even though we each had our own room. I am sure Eadie Cate and June will be the same!

  3. I have 2 sisters - 4 yrs and 8 yrs younger - we're greatest of friends but we definitely had our moments growing up... but I think it's part of the bond God gives us by working through those "cat fight" moments! adorable photo!!!
