Evening.

Yesterday was an attempt to eat an early dinner, head out for a lovely hike with both kids, and come home for Popsicles or ice cream on the porch....

That's not exaaaaaaactly what happened. at all. Let's just say Dave and I are in a season where we often just look at each other and laugh at the unexpected situations we find ourselves in as parents.

We did attempt a hike, though, and got a few shots of the evening.
