Berry-picking.

We ventured out for the first time as a family to pick blueberries recently. Dave loved it more than I imagined and declared it a yearly tradition from here on out. It was great to be out in the heat on a quiet farm picking fruit....so different from the regular hustle and bustle. Afterward, we sat on a country porch and drank fresh fruit smoothies.
After picking all those blueberries, we decided to grab some peaches....

and try some wild grapes...

All of that wasn't even on our summer list. So, yes. I will be adding it... just so I can cross it off. 'Cause I'm like that.
